You never get a response saying that they have recd. the response is an automated response that is generated after you pay the few via credit card, then an auto generated email is sent once u send the copy of the receipt to cost recovery CPP. I sent mine twice and all I got was an auto generated email. Apply for GCMS or the call centre to ensure they have recd ur receipt.
