RPRF paid next?

Hi, today I send the rprf fee receipt uploaded through my cic. Can anyone have any idea how long does it take from rprf to ppr?

In my case it took only 8 days after RPRF and 10 days after medical. It all depends on security clearance, if it has been cleared then within one month you can get PPR, if security not yet cleared then VO will wait for results. In my case it took more than 5 months in security screening ( I got to know through GCMS Notes)

In my case Hong Kong VO send me a mail on 13th of January and informed me that my file has been transfered to HK VO. In that email they also asked me to pay RPRF, passport bio data copy, household registration, child hospital birth certificate, police clearance certificate, updated IMM5669. On the same day, in a separate email they also sent me Medical Exam form. I have submitted all requested documents on 5th of this month and HK VO received the documents on 11th. I and my family did our Medical exam on 6th of this month and it is updated in my E-cas on 12th of this month as (Medical results have been received). Now how long do you think I may have to wait for PPR. Is there any possibility that HK VO may ask for further documents. I will be greatful if you or anyone shed some light on this issue.

Bro you are almost there, now it's just matter of time to get PPR. As per CIC they can take 3 months after Medical to send PPR, as per trend it is taking almost one month maximum ( majority of applicants) but all this depends upon security clearance. Those who are stuck up after medical must be due to security section bcz visa can not be issued unless everything is falling fine.

Some VO wait for all steps to be cleared before issuing MR while others keep medical alongside other processing. If you want to know exactly then GCMS Notes is only solution, it will take 30-35 days in getting notes.

Is this not enough or do they have their own system of security verification. Do they take clearances from the countries I have traveled or lived more than 6 months.

Police clearance certificate covers criminality section, for countries where you lived less than 6 months PCC is not required. Security clearance is conducted through different Intelligence agencies so it takes some time as they are Govt organizations. It took more than 5 months for my security clearance, it normally starts after additional documents are requested ( if applicable), I got to know all this through my notes which were requested at end of October 15.
