I recieved letter from LVO requesting for MR and RPRF, I booked for mr test and I am thinking to go and send a bank draft to LVO the RPRF fees but, my family is made up of 3 persons,me the PA,wife and a 6 month child,i think i have to be for me and my wife amount of 490$, each but what about the child......shall i pay or not if yes how much.
another question after the medical, shall i include copy of the reciept or not thanks all.
