RPRF fees in NDVO

As somebody make payment of RPRF payment to High commission, if yes then what amount. I could see both payments
25970/- OR 490$

Should i make 490$ or 25970 Rs My consultant is saying me make a payment in CAD

Is he correct or could i make DD in INR as well

Advise please

Dear champ! I paid by DD n got receipt.No issues in INR.All the best.
