rprf and processing fee

Dear Members,

please suggest how long is the delay if i decide to only pay the processing fee when submitting my e-apr. When submitting there was a message which said if both rprf and processing fees are upfront, the processing of the application will be faster.

if this is the case, i just wanted to know how long the delay would be
