Hi everyone,
We're doing everything through an immigration lawyer and sent in our application on September 6. My SO was approved as a sponsor at the beginning of November and our file was then transferred over to London later that month. It's been listed as 'In process' on the web tracker thingy since December.
Today, our lawyer forwarded us an email requesting the RPRF. Up until today we had no idea that this existed as we generally just went with what the lawyers told us to do and let them do the rest. After reading through many threads here, it seems most people send the RPRF in with the application in an effort expedite the process a bit. I'm not sure if our lawyer just forgot to tell us we should include this (everything else, from medicals to police records, went in with the original application), or just decided to wait until it was requested of us. Either way, here we are! This email we received today looks to be a standard request for further documents except the only 'further documents' listed is the RPRF. It also includes the standard, "We need this in 60 days and it could take four months to process the receipt," stuff.
My question is: Did anyone else applying outland (via London) not include the RPRF in the beginning? If so, any idea how close we are to the end of the process now that we've reached this stage?
I'd appreciate any answers/help!
