Hey Experts,

I am sponsoring my spouse to Canda. we submitted the application in aug-2016.
I received email from “DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca” requesting for RPRF and PCC.

I paid the RPRF fee online -> created the bundle -> included RPRF receipt and PCC and sent it to ->
  • CIC Mississauga Office (CANADA)
  • CIC New Delhi Office (INDIA)
  • emailed everything to "DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca" as well.
  • Case Specific Inquiery

being on the safer side - I want to email all the documents to CIC Mississauga office as well , does anyone knows the email id for Mississauga office ?

Note: The Bundle I created and sent via courier includes

1. RPRF Fee Receipt
2. PCC
3. Copy of Email we received from "DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca"
4. Passport - copy of front and last page

In Email and Web Form (to DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca) we included everything from above and following
1. Courier received acknowledgement receipts of both Mississauga office and New Delhi office.

Am I missing something ?

Regards,
CANIND

once your file gets transferred, anything that's requested should go directly to the overseas visa office which in your case is NDVO.

did you include a copy of the request letter with your package? if so, i think you're all set for now.

Many thanks for your reply.

What does "copy of the request letter" mean ? you mean email that we received from delhi immigration office ?

also none of the channel shares acknowledgement of receipt, this worries me a bit, is there a way to get CIC acknowledge it ?

Yes a copy of what the VO sent you that requests those materials.

Yes, use a courier. Then they have to sign for it.
