Hi,
Just wondering if my app is considered routine or non-routine.
Based on "ATIP" report I received appearing that the CIC had mistakenly input my physical presence days.

I wrote them a letter asking for re-verification, a month later they sent me a letter required photocopies of my passport showing date stamp that I first entered Canada. To be honest I already initially sent those photocopies along with my application. Lol why they kept asking?

This was mistaken by CIC so my app is considered routine or non-routine.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

As per the following link:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/canada/cit-processing.asp

The application is non-routine now however, I have seen people in this forum that some got their test/interview etc within few days after submitting additional documents those were asked by CIC after application was submitted.

i agree with thecoolguysam, once you are required to submit additional documents for review, the application shall be considered as "non-routine".

the only thing you can do is to submit the requested documents asap and wait for the next step. in some cases it is still quite fast even with RQ or fingerprint etc.

Good luck!
