room near university of Saskatchewan for female student

I'm prospective student of uni of Saskatchewan coming to Saskatoon in 23rd of August
I need a room near university I can bear a room rental in between 300-400$
I am not pet friendly and don't want any party etc

If someone has room in that range kindly consider me and I will be really thankful of kind responses
