I am in the process of getting a reference letter from my current employer. My HR has asked me to outline a list and share with them, so that they can print it out. How closely the duties should match with the one's mentioned on the IRCC website? Should I just paraphrase most of the duties from the IRCC website and add couple of extras?
An example:
IRCC website: Develop flexible or integrated manufacturing systems and procedures
I prepared: Create unified manufacturing systems and warranty procedures to increase overall quality performance
Can someone please confirm if this would work?
