Roles and Responsibilities

HI,

I have worked for a company, where they have given roles and responsibilities at the time of leaving the organization. date was also mentioned as Jan-11-2011, At that time i have requested them as i was processing to Australia.

and the problem is?

Because the reference letter will not having the latest date.

Doesn't need to be. I had some of my documents dated 2010 as that was when I left those jobs. What matters is that they were recent at time of leaving.
