roles and responsibilities too vague?

Hello everyone,
I was working as research and development engineer for two years. Can you kindly suggest if these roles are responsibilities are vague or do I need to mention them in more details for my reference letter. I have edited out most of the letter, just mentioning my duties and roles. Thanks.

His main duties and responsibilities handled by Mr XXX were as follow.
• Designing of electronics circuits and systems.
• Testing and debugging of electronics circuits and devices as per requirements of scope of work.
• Conduct procurement of electronics components directly through third party vendors and maintaining bill of materials purchased and used along with extra documents as per requirement.
• Supervise on site implementation and inspection of circuits by technicians.
• Write monthly reports of analysis, reviews , updates and performances of the ongoing projects.
• Continuous research on electronics circuits for better efficiency in design, cost and optimization of circuits and make any changes if required or for the future.

it is matching with my NOC-2133. Just wanted to ask whether these points are enough or do i need to explain them in more details or the lenghts of descriptions are ok. Thanks.
