Roles and Responsibilities Documents for PNP and Express Entry should remain same even after the change in NOC 2021?

Do we need to use the same roles and responsibilities letter of the previous employers for express entry as well which I submitted to PNP, even though there is an update in the NOC code 2021?

Please help me with this.
