RNIP Scope (Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot)

Hello,

Unable to qualify the 67 for an EE profile, I'm searching for alternative routes to the Canada PR. I have a couple of questions about the RNIP:

1. Are only the highest scoring candidates (in the local points grid) assessed for recommendation by the communities, or are all candidates with local job offers assessed for recommendation?

2. Is there a term of residing in the community that one must commit to and fulfil before getting the PR?

Any other comment on details of the RNIP will be gratefully received.
