Risk of an RQ??

I haven't sent in my app yet and this RQ has got me thinking about stuff.

My situation is:
Became a PR - Dec 18, 2009
I have two passports - (both US) because the older one has expired and I have a new one good until 2021
The last time I traveled to the US was in July, 2011 (it is the only time I have traveled outside of Canada in the last 4 years) - this means that the stamps for that trip are in the old passport - my new passport was issued in Nov 2011 (after that trip) and has no travel stamps in it - I have not traveled out of Canada since that new passport has been in my possession.
Would this be that 'red flag' that would cause a CIC officer to issue the dreaded RQ?
I plan to copy all pages of both passports for the documentation required for the application.
lastly - I recently received my renewed PR card using the same documentation I plan to use (passport wise) for the application - Do I assume that if that documentation was acceptable for the PR card, do I need to worry about getting an RQ using the same documentation for the Application?

I don't think that there is a scenario which will guarantee that the applicant will not get a RQ.

It is a matter of luck on which desk and which officer will process the file... The applicant doesn't have any control over that.

I don't think anyone is suitable in answering this question. Administering RQ is left to the discretion of the CPC officer.

I don't see anything wrong with your file. Yes you traveled to the US in 2011 but you're not the only one and you still have your old passport in case they ask to see it. Also since last few months people received RQ and were still able to get their citizenship within a year. Sending copies of all pages of passport won't change anything and wont show how many trips you made. You know why? because you may have had a third passport (form US or another country) that you're not showing. Just send your application, with few extra documents if you think they will help ( I included NOA and T4's for the 3 years). After that you can order an exit/entry record from US and CBSA and keep them for yourself in case they ask for them on interview day. If you think something may rise a question just include a cover letter and explain it.
