Right time to start creating profile

Hi all,

I am trying to figure out when would be the right time to start creating my express entry profile.

- I had appeared for IELTS and below are my scores :
Listening - 8.0
Reading - 7.5
Writing - 7.0
Speaking - 7.0
Overall score - 7.5

- I have sent my master's transcripts to IQAS for evaluation. But am waiting to goto India to get my bachelor's transcripts to send to IQAS so that I can get both of them evaluated together.

- I have also applied to obtain the FBI PCC.

I think the only thing that is left is probably the bachelor's transcripts to be sent to IQAS to get ECA. Having said that, when would be the right time to get express entry profile created?

Experts please advise.

Anytime.

Once you have your IELTS score you can create the profile anytime at your discretion.

Credentials can be added at a later date.

Editing and experimenting with the system is not a bad idea.

If you are hoping to qualify for FSW, you must wait until you have your ECA completed. Otherwise, your profile will be ineligible.

Having said that, you can create a profile once your Master's evaluation is done, you don't necessarily have to wait for the Bachelor's to be evaluated.

PCCs are not required in order to create an EE profile.
