Right of permanent resident fee

Hi,

I have to pay right of permanent resident fee. My VO is Paris and I am in Islamabad, Pakistan. What is the best method to pay?

1 and only, DD . How ever, I've seen on the Standard Charatered's Canadian High Commission Slips, that there is RPRF fee option. But, I guess, it would be good if you get a DD of $980 [if spouse if applicable] and send it along with other things to Paris Office.
