After receiving the ITA, do I need to pay both application fee and right of permanent residence fee at the same time?

Is it possible to pay the right of permanent residence fee once the application gets approved?

The below link will help you with information

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp#permanent

The excerpt is below:
Fees $CAN
Right of permanent residence fee 490
For most permanent residence applications, you need to pay the right of permanent residence fee (RPRF) when your application is approved. You will have to pay it before you can become a permanent resident.

You can pay the RPRF at the same time as your application fees to avoid delays. If we approve your application before you pay it, we will contact you to explain how.

We will refund the RPRF if you withdraw your application or we refuse it. The RPRF is the only fee that we can refund after we start processing your application.

The RPRF does not apply to:

the dependent children of a principal applicant or sponsor
sponsorship applications for adopted children
sponsorship applications for an orphaned brother, sister, niece, nephew or grandchild or
protected persons, including applicants eligible on humanitarian and compassionate grounds and convention refugees.

During my application, I was unable to find option for paying RPRF later. So I paid both fee with application. ::)

Good Day,

I got my express entry invitation and submitted all my documents, I only paid the processing fee when I submitted. I have now received the request to pay the RPRF. Does this mean I am approved?
