I received an email from the visa office in Sao Paulo requiring the passport and the Right of Permanent Residence Fee [RPRF], I already did the total payment ($1040) in the beginning of the application, I need to send a copy of receipt? Or no?

You must submit your passport(s) and the Right of Permanent Residence Fee [RPRF] to the Visa Section, Consulate General of Canada in São Paulo, Brazil, within 30 days of the receiving of this letter in order to finalize your application
