Hope this post finds you well. I need your help on below please.
Back in Feb 2012 CIC was accepting RPRF via credit card - which i used and the payment was sucessfully submitted. NOW, I have received letter from CIC stating they dont accept this method of payment and that they need new replacement draft.

Can you guide me on the below:

1.In the refund form they are asking for COPR copy (confirmation of Permanent residence) Which i don't have, I only have the online payment receipt confirmation. Please advise what shall i do? Also this is the only refund form i could find on CIC website and it asks for address in canada where the refund fee will be sent.. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/pub/rprf-form.pdf but i dont have an address yet, im out side canada..?

2. To which address i have to send the RPRF fee draft? my case is with London office..

Please advise and appreciate your usual support !!
