Right of Appeal for Decision Made without In Processing

Hi All,
My status went to Decision Made without In Processing.

As per senior members it is 99.9% rejection and I am waiting for rejection letter with reason of rejection.

I want to fight my case.

1- Can I have right to appeal.? Do they give a chance to clarify the error position.
2- Is it valuable to send appealing email in response to Refusal letter. Do they overturn their decision or reopen case after finding solid reasons for their own mistake.
3- To whom email/letter should send
4- Do any new document can be sent. For example a further letter from employer by more clarifying the job duties?
5- Is fee is refunded in case of refusal without IN Processing.
6- When original documents return
7- How many days are left to appeal after refusal letter

No I cannot afford it.
Or it is email or reconsideration letter etc to some concerned department. If second is the case then pls explain it.

2- Where to get email address/postal address of program manager? is it same of London visa office email address where all previous correspondence occurred but only subjected to Program manager.

3- Is it sure to add any new explaining document is allowed. Can a new evidence be provided?

4- Is email is enough or physical letter is more effective.

5- How many it will take to receive rejection letter.

dont worry, I will provide u the address, or u put a little effort, u will find the address in one thread or other.

u will be recieving letter sooner or letter, generally they send the Ref. let. same day of decision made.

1. the most important thing is to understand the reason of refusal.

Yes - a judicial review takes place in a Canadian court and you will have to hire a lawyer. Expect this to cost several thousand dollars.

addition: one can represent him/herself in the federal court provided he/she sud be citizen of canada.

First he have to wait for the refusal letter and i will recommend him to check both his email and POBOx...
One can represent him/her but for this he/she has to sign a affidavit to the lawyer who represent him/her in his/her case given the condition the court is ready to review otherwise if the reason for refusal is too strong then mate it better to reapply with the updated documents and wait till the new noc come into affect.....

I dont want to know detail about judicial review because it costs so much.
Some people are saying that you have 30 days for reconsideration from letter written date. Some says 60 days are given.

Please somebody explain the true no of days for reconsideration, and the way to send reconsideration. It will certainly help out for many people.

After DM status, herat is just bleeding, but this is life and have to go on....although its total unfair by LVO to reject applicants on lame excuses....

I just have couple of questions:

1. Which Courier Service is being used by London VO for returning the Documents in Abu Dhabi / Dubai?
2. Will they return the whole package or only the originals?
3. Will they return my experience letters (employer reference letters) as I sent them the originals and I had only 1 copy. It will be hell to get a new copy from all my employers again?

i wish someone could answer the above question while putting more emphasis on Reconsideration letter. Judicial process is damn expensive for some of us.

rizwan, I did also get a rejection letter and opting to do a reconsideration letter

I got a rejection letter stating that i did not provide a conclusive proof of my relationship with my my brother in Canada or that he was resident there.
========================================================================
The Visa Office requested for a copy of my brother's PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD and MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE which i did provide. I therefore do not get their argument at all.

I want to write a RECONSIDERATION LETTER given that the judicial process is damn expensive for me.

Guys, what more evidence should I attach to this letter? I intend to include the following;
a) A copy of my birth certificate (again)
b) A copy of my brother's permanent resident card (again)
c) A copy of my brother's birth certificate
d) A copy of my father's death certificate (given that I can't trace his birth certificate)

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
