Immigration through PNP!
My profile read "decision made" since February 10, 2020. I have been expecting a mail for my confirmation of permanent residence but till now it never came. So I mailed ircc on may 17 and they got back with this message below.
"Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

If you have not received this correspondence by March 23, 2020, you may advise us by using the IRCC Web form and it will be our pleasure to send it back to you."
Further, we form inquiry resulted to this latest mail below
"This email is in response to the below noted enquiry.
RFV letters cannot be re-sent at this time, however we have retained the request and will review validity details and take appropriate action (ie re-send RFV, or re-open application) as soon as circumstances allow."
So my question is do they send RFV letters by post and if so what do you advice me to do now because my medical will expire on October 9.
Also Is postage of RFV letter a common/rare occurrence pls I need to be enlightened.
Looking forward to your response
