I (the sponsor) received RFV Letter 000871713 regarding an outland application. My wife (the applicant) is with me in Canada on a visitor visa.
The letter states we should notify the IRCC via webform of our changed address (we recently moved to Canada from Taiwan) and inform them that we are in Canada so my wife can be "landed virtually".
Other parts of the letter are a bit unclear to me. It says if we are from a visa exempt country (which Taiwan is) then we need to send some documents and Permanent Resident photos to VFS Global, which does not seem to have a location in Canada.
My question: If we are in Canada, do we still need to send the requested documents to VFS Global in Taiwan?
