Hello People,

Iam looking forward to apply through PNPs as an option, but having certain queries in mind.
(To all those who are applying through PNPs or got the Provincial Nominations )

On receipt of ITA (if received :'() from a Province ,

1) is it necessary for a person to complete certain stipulated period of stay/work @ province??
2) Once Received, does Provincial NOmination get revoked , if later on i feel like applying PR for other Provinces
3) Can me and my spouse both apply as Principal and secondary applicant interchangeably as two different cases/applications.

Rgds,

1-2) There's a PNP obligation that you'd live and work in that nominating province permanently... If you fail for unacceptable reason or they find out later time you misrepresented or has no intension to live and work in that province than your nomination may be revoked.
3) Yes, you and your spouse can apply for different occupation separately.
