Revoked Express Entry profile

My Agent submitted Express Entry profile back in 2019 and unfortunately I didn’t got my PR. After that same agent applied for student visa and he revoked the express entry before applying Student visa.
Now I’m in Canada on PGWP and eligible to apply for Express entry again.
My concern is while submitting a profile it asks did you apply previously to enter in Canada? If yes then provide Application number which I don’t have. So in this case what can I do?

Express Entry profile expires after 1 year. If you already had an ITA and you submitted your application then add a letter of explanation stating the outcome etc and tell you don’t have the application number with you for whatever reason. Be truthful and you should be fine
