Revoked earlier ID and generated new ID

Hi,
I revoked my earlier ID as I was not able to modify the details and now generated New ID. Do I need to mention that I have applied in previous 1 year.

If you have just created an EE profile, but haven't actually submitted a PR application, then you don't mention it. Even if you received ITA.
