reviews needed- Fanshawe college or centennial college

Visa rejected under spp first time.
My college was Fanshawe college.
Course- Aircraft maintenance

Now I am applying again under non-spp
I am confused between centennial college(toronto) and Fanshawe college. I have offer letter from both.
I have heard from few people and my consultant that centennial college is not so good.

Can anyone give me reviews?
I don't care much about education but main thing is that I should get visa?
