Review of medical results stuck on "Not needed"

Hi guys,

I am an Oct 19 ITA applicant from Mumbai, India and my medicals were submitted by CHC Diagnostic Centre, Breach Candy in November itself (re-confirmed with them) to CIC, and I submitted my application on the GCKey site on the last day i.e. Jan 3, 2017. However, since that time, the status under "Review of medical results" is stuck at "You do not need a medical exam" whereas for everyone else, it shows as "Passed".

Does anyone know why this is happening?
