How long roughly does it stay as "we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements"

We got transferred to Ottawa VO on may 24

Usually, it stays like that until the visa has been stamped to the passport, but since you're an Ottawa applicant, then it will only change until they send your COPR out for delivery.
