"Review of Additional Documents" Status not updating

I was asked for the RCMP criminal record check July 27th - as I was out of the country for my mother in law's funeral I was unable to upload until August 14th.

The "Review of Additional Documents" status is still "We need more documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details." over a week later.

I have double checked in "view submitted application" and next to the two "RCMP Criminal Record Check" for my husband and I, it says "Replacement Provided ". So they were definitely uploaded.

I've seen others "Review of Additional Documents" status change to "documents uploaded" a day or two after uploading.

Anyone know why mine might be stuck? Should I contact CIC to see if the documents were received?

Call them if it make you anxious? But they are slow at the moment. Chance that the officer don't even touch your new document yet.

HI. I'm in a similar situation. I have "replacement provided" there for more than a month. Are you still stuck? Should I be worried?
