My application is kind of stuck, is anyone else facing this issue?

You can check about the processing times by searching this forums. In Delhi Visa office, if ADR is requested means PR will take some time as they put those files aside from the queue and never think of working on them again.

Try submitting a CSE and ask for an update on your file.

I think that is exactly the case with me. I emailed the Embassy in Vienna last month and they replied back with: Your application is still under progress and we can’t give you a timeframe.

August 16th will mark 5 months
