me and my family are PR of BC with expired PR's, the MSP of BC is keeping calling me regarding my invoices (150 Ca. a month), which I didn't pay since jan. 2016, I am outside Canada, what's the consequences if I don't reply to them and I don't pay, what they will do?!

From your previous posts, you left Canada in 2013. You should have informed MSP at that point that you were no longer residing in BC.
