Hi guys

Due to time shortage I had to upload a phone scanned Singapore PCC. Now that I have the doc with me I want to upload a high res scan of the same. Any idea how ?

If you havent submitted your application yet, you can simply use the same upload slot and it will replace your original uploaded file automatically.

If you have already submitted your application and cannot change your uploaded files, you can raise a CSE and submit your high-res file that way.

Was the original scan good enough to read clearly?

If the old one can read clearly, there is no point of uploading a new one. Unless there is content change. In addition, Mycic system has limit on file size so a high res file may be too large to upload.

Anyway, if you want to update a submitted document, the only way to do it is through CSE https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

That's right, CIC has issued PPRs to members here who used their phones to scan and upload their documents, as long as they were perfectly legible.
