Hi,
I am returning to Canada next month with a PRTD and want to now if I am allowed to bring money and personal Gold with me and my family without taxes or duties and how much if so?

I cant leave once in Canada because of my RO that's why I want to bring all my saving and wife's jewellery with us.

we also need some settlement service to help us housing, PR card renewal, school registration, health care services and so on! are we entitled to it since this is not our first landing??

your kind help is greatly appreciated.

If you have declared at your first landing than you are good to bring gold without taxes. Cash less than 10k $ ( 9990) are allowed without any declaration at airport .
School are free perhaps health insurance depends on province. ( for e.g Ontario allows health coverage after 3 months)

Have you received your PRTD? Based on the rest of your post it seems like you didn't meet the residency requirements for your PR so I'm confused. Did you just do a soft landing and never return? You seem to not know about basic settlement issues. Has your PR card expired? Did you ever get a health card, SIN card, etc? Settlement services are traditionally accessed by refugees so I don't think you qualify for help finding housing, setting up schooling, etc
