Returning to Canada from the UK

Hi,

Just a general query. I am a Canadian citizen (with passport) who has spent 15 years in the UK. I am returning to Canada to live in Ontario with family. I understand that when I land I need to notify customs that I am returning to reside in Canada. Also I am not shipping possessions - will just have a couple of suitcases. Is there more that I do I need to do? Also understand that I will need to apply for driver's license and health care etc.
