Returning to Canada as an international student after 2 years of living in Canada - Am I considered "established/residing/living" in Canada?

Hey all,

TLDR: Do the underlined documents provide enough prove to show that I am established in Canada so I can cross the border this Tuesday?

I have made my plans to travel back to Canada next Tuesday as an International Student with a valid Study permit.
I am still pretty scared about my trip because I DO NOT have in person classes and my University (Dalhousie) will not be on that list on October 20th (so Tuesday).
Dal told us they expect to be on that list some time in November. However, due to the second wave of the virus hitting most countries, I don't want to delay my trip.
I planed my trip according to this webpage, where it states that if you are established in Canada, your return is non-discretionary.
I have collected a lot of documents proving this, e.g:

- Bank Account showing Paychecks for two jobs and active expenses (I actually have an informal job offer for another in person job)
- Social Insurance Number
- Dal Residence Payments of the past two years
- Residence confirmation for this year (including a quarantine plan)
- 2020 Tax Forms (possibly 2019 Tax Forms)
- Proof Of Current Employment (I am working for the Chemistry Department at Dal for a few terms now)
- Phone Number with active payments for 2 years

Do you think that will suffice to prove my connecting/ties/establishment in Canada?

The main reason I am traveling back is because of the time difference (5 hours, Germany) and my non-existent social ties in Germany. I also have a lot of possessions still in Canada including hockey gear and winter clothes.

Thanks for any help!!

P.S: Sorry for the kinda long post...

double check whether your counterfoil would be valid before boarding your plane and best of luck!!! I guess the toughest would be to actually board a plane, let us know here how it would go

Thanks for the answer. How am I able to check whether my counterfoil is valid? Because my IRCC account that i used for my recent study permit was deactivate... I actually just made a new one to extend my study permit since it will expire at the end of this year because my old passport was only valid until then.

I have also cancelled my trip because of the news rules starting tomorrow. My university said they will be on that list in the next 2/3 weeks. So I decided to play it safe.

I think it is a wise choice. I don't know from experience, but people received notification on their GC key about counterfoil being invalid
