Returning after first landing- questions of brining in goods

Hi,

I did my first landing in Oct'15, submitted b4 and then left after a short while. After that I have been coming to Canada for job interviews.

Now I want to move permanently and my goods with me but I have a couple of questions.

1. My new list does not match the original list, there has been a additional over the last 1 year in household goods. But, I have not brought in any goods so far.
2. When I enter again with my goods , what should I mention in the form settler or former resident.
3. I didn't stay for long, never claimed any benefits.

Please answer asap. Need urgent help to move !!

Shouldn't really be a problem, as long as you explain to the officers (only if they ask).
It should go smoothly I think

So in the New form for goods to follow , should I tick settler or former resident.
