Btw my wife's application got returned the last week of February after I submitted everything on January. And I received a letter along with my wife's application stating her to send a travel document (meaning passport etc.) and a signed IMM5604 E form (Declaration from Non-Accompanying Parent..).
First part is does she need a passport or any travel document for us to resubmit the application, my wife's currently waiting for her passport application to be processed but she told me it'll take months for it to be done. Second part is do we really need a letter explaining our situation about her child apart from the affidavit we submitted initially.
Another question is do we have a deadline to resubmit the required papers. I don't want to go through the painful collecting of documents and paying them again. If you need more info you can reply to this thread.
