IRCC returned my application for pr card renewal because of wrong photo specification only.. IRCC returned my photos and completed forms with dated received stamp... Should I reprint again the forms and submit with a new photo or can I just send the new photo with the old forms that they returned..

I'm not sure whether CIC would accept the same forms that were returned to you but you always need to double check that that you are using the most current version of any given form.
