I got my application returned because I didn't signed or dated the On-line presence Calculator,
They've attached an "Annex A" with my option which is to sign and date Annex A and to resubmit the application form, required documents and the proof of payment.
Now, they highlighted the missing part of the presence Calculator but they didn't specify to sign the missing part, only the Annex A, the presence Calculator states that the date of the application have to be the same.
Should I just sign the Annex A and leave the presence calculator empty?
