Return to US after FBI identity summary?

My wife and I are invited to apply under express entry. Both of us work and live in the U.S. for some years so we need FBI identity summary. We have obtained the summary and submitted our application.

My wife will travel back to the U.S. soon and will stay up to 2 weeks. Will her travel and stay in the U.S. make the FBI summary we submitted invalid?
