Return ticket for Visitor Visa

Hi,
My parents will be visiting Canada next month Dec. They are on visitor visa.They are planning to return in April 2023. They have a return ticket booked, but it was booked separately - as in it is with the same carrier, but different booking reference/pnr number. Will that be a problem during immigration, in case they are asked about their return journey ? Please advise. Thank you.

Life doesn't stop in Canada during winter months. Also, no one can tell you if the traffic will be clear when you land. It will depend on that day.

I.mean .to.say can i travel to.toronto in January 2023 where i can visit in 3 days duration in winter be tour bus wouldn't operate which place i can visit near downtown Toronto any body knows about Canada
