Return of passports w/ VISA from Manila VO to CANADIAN address

Ive already sent my passport to the Canadian Embassy Manila for visa stamping. Ecas changed to "Decision Made" last Sept 29. I know that it takes around 2 weeks for passports to be returned if you live in Philippines.

If I already live in Canada, will I have to wait more than 2 weeks because I'm more far from Manila. How long will it take before my passport & visa would be returned? Thanks.

i sent my passport in CIC Manila last Nov. 27 and in the FEdEx Tracking CIC Manila received my passpost dated Dec. 2.

When did you sent your passport to CIC-Manila. How many weeks it takes from the day you sent your passport until you received it?
