Return Air ticket or one way - for entering thru Super VISA

I want to know when we enter Canada on Super VISA, is it necessary to have return ticket since on super VISA, one can stay for 5 years and the return ticket option for airlines, we get for max an year. Just wanted to check if anyone has such experience on this aspect? Thanks in advance for your feedback.
