I am a PR since May 2023. I sponsored PR for my spouse and child through family sponsorship in September 2023. During this wait both my spouse and child got TRV and landed in Canada in November 2023 post which we applied for Spousal open work permit in April 2024. However, eventually we got their PR in August 2024 and withdrew the Open work permit application.
Right now I am trying to file for CCB and other related benefits. I was wondering if I will get retroactive payments for the period between November 2023-August 2024?
