Retrieve US FOIA Travel History Online

I got an email from US FOIA that you can now retrieve your US travel history online.

could you please explain how to retrieve?thanks

When you visit http://www.cbp.gov/travel/international-visitors/i-94-instructions you can retrieve your I-94 arrival/departure record number and five-year travel history by entering your name, date of birth, and passport information.

This is only applicable to people who aren't US citizens though.
