Is this true if we want to retake the IELTS GENERAL TEST, WE cannot RETAKE IT BEFORE " 3" MONTHS" ??
 
You can retake IELTS any times.

There is no restriction for IELTS test.

You can register for IELTS for all 7 days in a week.
