Hi All,

before finding this website , I was not sure about the EE process, therfore I went with Immigration firm and they created my profile and took some money for it.
But now I know that the process is simple which anybody can do(with guidance from this Awesome site).

Now I got an email from my immigration team that I have signed a retainer form with them.
I have got an ITA last week.
My question is :

What are my options?

In most cases you will have the right to end their services, but you are likely to forfeit your retainer fee. EE may seem simple, but one has to be really careful with every step of the way. It is possible to do it on your own with the help of members in this forum. If I were you, I would just leave all the paperwork headache to the Immigration firm since you've already paid the retainer. It will cost you a little bit of money but you get the expertise of the firm.

Depends how much more money you will have to spend on this. If you have already paid the whole amount, continue with them. Else, you can fill the IMM5476E form and remove the firm as your Representative from your application.

In case you plan on doing so, make sure you have all the login details and the firm does not have any access to your profile.

I am not sure how this Retainer form works in your country. But this has nothing to do with EE application.
