you need to have LMIA approved JOB in Canada, in order to get 600 points

None of the jobs will give you 600 points. It is LMIA that gives you additional 600 points.

There is a difference between someone willing to apply on your behalf and it actually getting approved. You get the 600 points when its a positive LMIA.
