Resubmit new Express profile !!!

I created a profile for express entry , instead of updating the profile , I withdrawn from the pool.
And I received a msg saying that am not longer in the pool and if I want to be a candidate I need to submit a new profile . The problem is I can't submit a new profile using the same Cic account . I don't get the option to apply for express entry , which means I have to creat a new account in CIC to be able to submit a new profile
But when I creat a new profile , there is a question says do you have express profile before ? P

What you guys think should I say ? Yes or No

As you guys know am not a candidate any more in my previous profile ?

you should say yes, and give the number of your old profile

If I say yes , don't u think in that case I ll have two profiles under my name , even tho one of it is not valid any more ,
I tried to email CIC , and it's been over a week and didn't hear any thing ?
Does any one here with same situation ?

Hi. I have the same case. I unintentionally withdrew the profile last January 9th. I emailed them, and I got no reply until now. I haven't created a new profile yet. I don't have any idea what to do this time. We have to be cautious. This might lead to us being banned. What's the update on your case? Please inform me.

Hello, when u make new profile to submit it, you have to write the ee file no. and the uci code. where do u get the uci code?

in the first profile i mistakenly wrote 8 hours a week instead of 40 and the answer i got was that the profile is inelligible, i dont meet the criteria, can u belive that this little thing blew the whole profile :'( :'( :'(

if u have no uci code what do u do? i wrote eight zeros and i'm afraid they may reject the profile...

please advise about the uci code

I was on same problem but I create new profile but I cannot register in job bank iam get struggling
if any advise let me know

Me have a question o...I was told i'm ineligible initially. I suspected it must be because i indicated i didn't do ECA, so i created another profile and i then indicated that ECA done, which eventually led to my profile now deemed eligible, i was also given a Job Seeker Validation code. Now that ECA is the issue, i'm planning on doing it but, one of the Provinces i'm targeting may open their PNP application soon and they requested that anyone who will apply should already have been accepted into EE pool and must have EE number and Job Seeker Validation Code which i already got.

My question now is when does CIC starts to work or verify the details we provided in our EE profile? I'm considering withdrawing the profile pending when i would get ECA done and then create another profile but, from the reviews i've read, many of those who withdrew their profile weren't given Job seeker validation code when they re-applied. Also, the Province i'm targeting might open application during the period when i'm still processing ECA and as such, one might loose since he doesn't have the codes again. Leaving the profile the way it is, i don't want CIC to start their verification and then find out the ECA details aren't true, they said any false info may result in one being banned from entering Canada for the next 5years. My plan now is to process the ECA and when and update the info as soon as i get the result but i need to know if CIC won't start their processing before that time. So, what can anyone advice? Kindly note that i did it initially to find out if ECA was the issue why i was initially deemed ineligible, thanks.
